Meet Sierra!

Sierra is passionate about movement that feels good, building strength, and boosts confidence - both on and off the at. Originally from St. John’s, she spent the past four yeas practicing mat Pilates and yoga in Halifax, Nova Scotia, while working in marketing, experiencing firsthand how Pilates can transform both body and mind. Now she’s excited to bring that passion back to her home community.

Her teaching style focuses on safe, effective and engaging movement with an emphasis on injury prevention - while still embracing that “spicey Pilates burn” to keep thing fun and challenging. whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, enhance posture, build core strength or simply take time for yourself and move to music, Sierra creates a welcoming space where you can breathe, move and feel your best
