Strong Girls

Welcome to Strong Girls—Coached by Certified Youth Fitness Instructor, Shannon Mooney - where muscles, confidence, and fun all grow together! Our strength building program is designed to empower young girls with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to feel strong—both in and out of the gym. Through guided instruction, our participants learn how to safely and effectively use their bodies and weights, developing proper form, healthy movement patterns, and a positive mindset toward strength training.

Here, we celebrate every rep, every laugh, and every “Hey, I didn’t know I could do that!” moment. Strong Girls is all about helping girls discover their strength from the inside out—building skills, courage, and a fierce sense of “I’ve got this!” that they can carry anywhere.
